health and happiness. We are a team providing both contemporary and holistic therapies in the Nottingham,Leicester,Rutland
and Vale of Belvoir area. We believe that you possess the key to reach your full potential and our objective is to help
you connect with your inner strength and resources, to open the door to a more fulfilling future.
We are unique amongst therapy providers as we are able to offer several forms of therapy and are happy to discuss which therapy is most suitable for your needs.
We
offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Counselling, and CMT: Compassionate Mind Therapy, EMDR: Eye Movement Desensitisation
& Readjustment, provided by Peter Cowell MA PGC BSc (Hons) MBACP (Accredited). We also offer several Holistic models of
therapy, Reiki, Crystal and Angel therapy, provided by Joanna Cowell. Reiki is also available for your pets and other
animals particularly equine.
